This week we filmed the corridor bit and the MC hammer dance routine from now our video is really coming together and we will have a lot to show by the time that we have to screen the video for the first  time. i believe that we may be able to finish the video by the time we have to screen for the first time and then we spend the time after just editing with possibly doing some re-shooting and even if we haven't finished filming then we will certainly be very close to it with only one or two more pieces to film. i personally can't see anything that is a major problem for the screening.

Filming Progress

We have now filmed 4 of the 9 parts of the music video, and next week we plan to film another 2 next week, the two pieces that we plan to film are the corridor piece and the MC Hammer dance routine, and from there we will be three quarters through are filming but we still have the most challenging part to film and that is the finale Gangnam Style it will be the hardest because there will be a lot of people in one place and we are going to have to make sure that the dance routine is perfect and that no one makes a mistake.

This week we filmed the Cha Cha Slide, meaning that we still have the 4 left to film including the Gangnam Style finale, the filming is going well however we still have to film the corridor scene, and the scene at the end, i think that we can do it well then are music video will be of a very high quality, and also very funny which was the angle that we were going for originally when we planned it out to be.

Cinematography

When we were handing out the roles, I decided to take on the role of cinematographer this means that I will be in charge, of the camera angles and the positioning of the camera, it also means that i will work vert closely with the director, who in this case is Luke Shelley as we will decide the best way in which to set up the shot and the best way for it to be filmed to give the best affect and to make sure that the music video is as good as it possibly can be.

Raji's Feedback

Above is the feedback that Raji gave me when she marked my Blog, and told me what to improve upon i believe that the feedback is mostly fair however i do believe that we are using are time effectively as we have shot a lot of footage in comparison to the other groups that i have spoke to.

This week we filmed 'The Macarena' the next part of our music video, we now have 5 dance routines left to film as well as the corridor scene. but however we have now completed filming for the slow part of the song and from there it just needs to be edited, the Macarena is the first dance routine that we will show in the video so we have decided to film in chronological order to avoid confusion and so that we know what part of the song to lip sync when we are filming and editing.
